The Goals

EMMA’s purpose is to achieve the following goals on behalf of its members:

• To create a forum for enterprises engaged in the paging business, anywhere in the world, to discuss with their peers the issues that affect them;
• To promote the use of paging to end users as a solution for their requirements; To support members in resolving the issues that face the industry;
• To promote and enable networking for players in the paging industry;
• To provide a central source where members can seek people, products and solutions;
• To provide members with a platform for the transfer of ideas for new products and services;
• To support members in their discussions with their regulators;
• To provide rational, coherent arguments for the promotion of paging to the media and other interested bodies;
• To produce and maintain an informing global website. To collate paging applications from around the world into a central library;
• To be the voice of the paging operators and manufacturers around the world.
